The update modernises the user experience for airport assessors, administrators and auditors, ensuring that critical safety data is accessible in seconds, whether in the office or on the airfield. With simpler navigation and expanded functionality, the new Visa app empowers teams to maintain the highest standards of airside compliance with greater efficiency.
Key enhancements coming in the Rebuilt Visa App
- 📱 Competency Tests Across All Devices: Competency tests have a completely new look and are now accessible on any device size, removing previous tablet-only limitations. Assessors can also save test progress at all stages of the process.
- ✅ Assessment Checker (formerly Advanced Audit): A restructured auditing tool that allows assessors to perform templated checks and audit users for specific training qualifications.
- 👤 New User Profile: A unified view allowing auditors to inspect credentials, qualifications, penalties and recent assessment outcomes at a glance.
- 🚛 New Fleet Profile: View permits, defects, impounds and vehicle or equipment details via a modernised fleet layout for faster compliance checks.
- 💳 New QR Code Page: A new and improved QR code page that airport administrators can scan to quickly and easily view a user’s work record and qualifications.
- ⚙️ Account Management: App users can now manage their AIRDAT account settings from directly within Visa.
- 👋 Updated Login & Onboarding Process: A refreshed airport selection page and onboarding process, utilising the AIRDAT Home web login for a more secure and familiar login experience.
- 🧭 New Navigation: Improved user interface that allows users to reach any section of the Visa app in just a few taps.
- 🛠️ Support Integration: The app is now fully integrated with the AIRDAT customer help desk, providing instant access to assistance from within the interface.
