9th October 2023 – AIRDAT is delighted to reveal a brand-new leadership team following its landmark transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). While the faces are reassuringly familiar, the new leadership team is perfectly poised to drive future development and continue to cultivate excellence.

Jennifer Tumbri – CEO
Formerly Project and Development Director, Jen has stepped into the role of CEO bringing with her a deep understanding of the industry and passion for continual improvement and growth.
Chris Harvey – COO
Chris, who has been with AIRDAT since 2016, has stepped into the role of COO from his position as Compliance & Training Director.
The rest of the management team includes Joanna Southward – Marketing Director, Rebecca Mason – Support Director, Keelan Eeles – Systems Director and Rebecca Rawlings – Head of Compliance.

A seamless transition
Departing CEO Charles Cardwell and COO Rupert Willis will be reducing their daily involvement in the company over the coming months. Charles and Rupert will continue to offer their wisdom and expertise to the AIRDAT management team as they gradually transition into their new roles of Non-Executive Chairmen.
