The Solution
AIRDAT and Ultimo collaborated to integrate their systems, enhancing the work permit and contractor competency verification processes. AIRDAT’s contractor management system, known as Passport, serves as a centralised platform for managing training records, airside driving permits and compliance. Ultimo’s EAM system provides comprehensive tools for asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning and compliance tracking. By integrating these systems, contractor training data from AIRDAT is automatically synchronised with Ultimo, enabling real-time verification of competencies during the work permit process.
Passport securely supplies competency completion information to Ultimo, so that their EAM system can verify competencies before issuing work permits.
