The Challenge
Exeter Airport is a small but busy and successful airport in East Devon, UK. The airport was looking to digitise training for their in house team and third parties utilising the airport, as well as bringing airside operator licensing online. They needed a solution that was cost-effective and helped to minimise the amount of manual administration.

The Solution
AIRDAT worked closely with the team at Exeter Airport to map out their existing training plan and move this into Passport. In addition, our team consulted on the information required for operator licencing on the airport and built the process into Onboard.

Exeter Airport is saving a huge amount of administration time, whilst making their processes more robust. Additionally, Exeter Airports training and compliance update has also allowed the airport to monetise the training and operator licencing it provides to ensure the costs of delivery are covered and the systems remain cost-neutral. The airport is now looking to extend its use to include fleet management within Onboard.
