AIRDAT has appointed Duncan Morris as its new Managing Director as company founder, Charles Cardwell, steps into the role of Chairman.

Duncan joined the AIRDAT team in April 2018 following 14 years at Gatwick Airport where he worked in various departments including Terminals and Engineering.

Duncan’s predecessor, Charles Cardwell, said: “AIRDAT is growing from strength to strength, and we are pleased to welcome Duncan on board. Among other objectives, Duncan will oversee day-to-day operations as well as business and IT development. And with his expertise in strategic planning, finance, risk management and project delivery, we look forward to seeing the company spread its wings even wider.”

Duncan said: “It’s an exciting time for AIRDAT with new products and services in the pipeline, a relaunched Passport training management system and interest from new UK and international airports. I look forward to piloting the company’s development alongside a talented and professional team of people with decades’ worth of aviation experience.”
