We are recruiting for an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the AIRDAT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Aviation Industry, SaaS or B2B sales and specialise in CRM pipeline nurturing and management. This new BDR role is responsible for lead generation and nurture through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up. 

The role focuses on maintaining the quality of leads within the CRM system, re-engaging cold leads, and monitoring the pipeline to identify and act on sales opportunities. The BDR will report to the Marketing Director and will ensure that prospects are nurtured until they are ready to convert to sale.

This is a permanent full time role with a 4 day working week, usually 9am-5pm. The role is primarily home-based, with some meetings with AIRDAT colleagues at mutually convenient locations, ‘on site’ at the airports we work with in the UK and the occasional conference. 

At AIRDAT, it’s all about life-work balance. Working only 32 hours a week on a permanent full time basis, you will get 22.5 holiday days and bonus time during the Christmas/New Year period too.
