Because registration has been simplified and we have minimised the information required, the validation sequence for assessments has been shortened, the test system has been streamlined and there is no need to run multiple systems for photo and permit generation, trainers are saving a huge amount of time on the administrative aspects of delivering out training.
In addition, when planning and organising courses, the new system automatically calculates which rooms and which trainers can be utilised (no more thumbing through different calendars) and it helps those looking to book a course by filtering and organising bookings, simplifying the process and meaning company managers can sort out their requirements in a fraction of the time.
