4 Courses, 3 Providers, 2 Airports, 1 Account

January has started with a bang!  With great expectations of the aviation industry projected in the coming years, record passenger numbers at Heathrow at the end of 2011, and some good financials being issued by Gatwick, things are looking positive.

With so much to get achieved, sometimes the logistics and bureaucracy involved with dotting the ‘i’s and crossing the ‘t’s can be a bit of a nightmare and put you off pitching for projects at all!!

Well – AirDAT has teamed up with some ‘A1’ suppliers to bring the paper side of things under one roof, and one account.  You want courses at Gatwick & Heathrow, as well as a medical too… but you don’t want to have to set up multiple accounts, or manage all those records via paper, excel, phone calls and missed appointments?  No problem!  AirDAT will now be invoicing for all Heathrow courses offered on the system provided by one of the few approved 3rd party trainers there – Babcock Critical Services.

And as for medicals – we have the best in the business on the case.  Headed up by a prior CAA chief medical officer, in a scheme devised and managed by Dr Chris King, Airport Medical Services steps into the fray to provide onsite airside driving medicals at the Gatwick Airport Airside Training Centre.  This allows companies to make one booking, get one invoice with their staff having to take just a few hours out of the operation to obtain all they need to drive airside for up to 3yrs – we like it when things get easier!

Heathrow courses are already available on the system (don’t forget to register with your LHR ID now it’s no longer paired with LGW) – and the combined medical courses will be showing up on the system in the next few weeks.
