Where can I get information about what my staff require on the training day? - Everything they require is stated at the point of booking, but more information about courses and what's required can be found here.
I have several staff I need to get trained, or need training at weekend/evenings, can you help? - Yes we can, contact us directly and we can arrange bespoke courses for you.
Can you help with our company airside driving risk assesment? - Yes, our Director of Training provides an advisory service, contact us and we can arrange for him to get in touch with you.
Can I have access to all my registered staff records? - If you would like access to all your registered staff records and to be able to view their training/points/bookings and more, consider registering your own details on the system and requesting an access upgrade by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the Airport ID you registered, some contact details so we can verify your details and a statement confirming that you hold a position within the company that requires you to have access to the training records.
I don't have an airport ID or medical, can I still have access? - Yes you can. Just use your company ID prefix (the letters at the start of all your company issued Airport IDs, for example ABC), and combine it with a number that is not currently in use, for example ABC999. If you do not have a medical, just enter a date in the future to proceed through that step.
I have forgotten my password - help! - No problem. If you have access to your staff training records with your login, we do not send out reminders via email, so please contact us and we will confirm the details for you.
