Welcome company and staff training managers! Here is where life starts getting a little easier. At AirDAT it's not all just about getting your staff onto courses (see FAQ's for guidance on this). We know that managing staff training, course bookings, re-validations and the inevitable data and records that this all creates can be an extremely demanding task. AirDAT was created purely to help with this task, and it does this for people in your position in the following way for FREE:
- Allows either you OR your staff to register their details (contact and specialist) with AirDAT which are then stored electronically
- Provides access to all staff details registered on the system in a easily searchable, ordered database
- Provides access to all staff training records
- Provides access to all staff points offence information
- Provides access to a 'quick registration' form for quick addition of multiple staff
- Provides access to a 'quick booking' facility allowing you to add registered staff quickly to any courses offered on the system
- Facilitates the creation of training reports to be generated for future planning
- Provides an email reminder service to you and your staff for re-validation of expiring qualifications
To gain access to these (and more) additional services provided by AirDAT for FREE (we mean that, no charge at all) - simply register your details on our system and apply for a 'company access' upgrade by emailing access@airdat.org with the Airport ID you registered, some contact details so we can verify your details and a statement confirming that you hold a position within the company that requires you to have access to the training records.
