I need to drive at an airport, what do I need to do? - Register with AirDAT and book onto a course. For more information about what you need click here
AirDAT says I'm registered already? - If you only need to re-validate every 3yrs, you may well have registered in the past but forgotten your password. Use the password reminder link in the login box to retrieve your details. Also, if you have been issued with points, a record is automatically added to the system, so this may also be the case.
How do I book a course? - All bookings must be made online. You have to register with AirDAT first in order to book a course. More information about making a booking is available here or you can watch our demo video.
AirDAT won't let me delete my booking - This happens when there is less than 24hrs until your test day. You will have to attend the course at this point and you will be charged at the full rate, so when making a booking, please ensure you can make it!
Can I drive at any airport after attending an ADP course? - No, only at the airport at which your initial or refresher ADP training occurred. In order to drive at other airports you need to attend a familiarisation course at that airport. More information about courses can be found here.
What's an Airside Drivers Medical? - Some airports require you to have a medical before operating machinery airside - a unique ADP medical. For more information and for a list of authorised medical examiners, click here.
I've forgotten my password - help! - Don't worry, as a candidate you can get a password reminder sent out to your registered email address by typing your Airport ID into the login box and clicking the 'Forgotten Password' link.
The course I need is not listed/isn't within my available times - AirDAT can arrange courses outside of those available on the system as necessary. Contact Us if you like us to arrange something for you.
